A chakra cleanse is an energetic reset aimed at improving overall balance, well-being, and vitality by clearing blockages in the body's energy centers. It is best done during or at the end of a Reiki session to go even deeper in clearing energy of things that are no longer serving you. When doing a chakra cleanse on its own, without Reiki, it serves to provide a quick reset and removal of stuck or stagnant energy, and to help open the chakras, especially in between Reiki sessions.. A chakra cleanse can take up to 45 minutes, depending upon each client's individual needs.
