Neurolinguistic Programming or NLP is includes a variety of submental techniques which repattern your unconscious mind away from limiting beliefs, stuck emotional states, behaviors that do not serve you, internal conflicts, negative self-talk, etc. It promotes emotional wellness.  NLP can bring about immediate and effective changes in your life by helping to shift perspective and the messaging we bombard ourselves with.  NLP, when used in conjunction with Reiki and EFT, provides for an even more powerful, deep healing process.

Depending upon what your specific situation and needs are, the benefits of NLP can vary greatly and be far-reaching. It may take more than one NLP session to achieve the most benefits., depending upon how deep-rooted your challenges are.  

AN NLP SESSION

A session begins with identifying what it is you want to accomplish and what issues you have been facing pertaining to that goal. It does NOT include reliving the trauma and reinforcing the stories of our lives. When we continue to talk about what has happened to us, our body continues to relive the trauma. It has no way of knowing that you are "only" remembering it. It thinks it's going through it all over again and as a result, it adds more trauma to our bodies and drives the old trauma even deeper. And, such stories are based on your perceptions from when these events happened.  

So, we will drill down to the root cause and then go through one or more NLP techniques to help you reach your desired outcome. Since each client's situation is very different, each session will vary greatly and be tailored accordingly.  Most sessions last up to 60 minutes.

Most NLP processes can be done remotely using Facetime to work through a particular issue.
