REIKI ENERGY HEALING
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique used for stress relief and relaxation, and to promote healing and restoration of balance in the body. Reiki energy healing is safe and can be used to complement Western medicine. It is a gentle, yet powerful holistic therapy that can treat the body, mind, and spirit.
BENEFITS OF REIKI ENERGY HEALING
Stress and trauma we experience in our lives restrict the natural flow of energy in our bodies. This manifests in our energy fields in the form of blockages and imbalances, which cause us to feel "off." Additionally, many physical ailments have a mental, emotional, and/or spiritual root cause. Reiki energy healing allows high vibrational Source energy to flow through our bodies, releasing energy blockages and imbalances. This enables our bodies to heal physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually on its own. It also raises our vibrational frequency.
A REIKI ENERGY HEALING SESSION
As part of your Reiki session, I include crystal healing - the placement of crystals along your primary chakras. Each crystal has a frequency and color which resonates with its associated chakra, allowing further healing to take place.
I also may incorporate a form of Ho'oponopono ("to make it right," to be in alignment) into your Reiki session to allow for even greater healing. This helps to cleanse your body, mind and spirit; and open your heart, by releasing negative feelings and the perception that you have been "wronged" and perhaps, have "wronged" others.
Each client's experience will be different and no two Reiki sessions will be the same for any one person. Additionally, some individuals may not notice anything after a session, while others may feel very different. The more open you are to receiving the energy and the more attuned you are to your body, the more you will "feel." Also, take note of other shifts in your life that may be occurring, both subtle and big. Rest assured that, regardless of what you do or don't "feel," the energy is at work for you.
A Reiki energy healing session may also be done from a distance, in case you're unable to come into my healing space. Since Reiki is energy, it allows me, as your Reiki Master Practitioner, to connect with you energetically and for your body to pull in the energy being sent to you.
YOUR REIKI PRACTICE
Just like with sleeping, eating and exercising, your Reiki practice is an ongoing one needed to maintain good mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. It heals your body, layer by layer, from the stress and trauma which have accumulated over your lifetime. MAKE IT A PART OF YOUR SELF-CARE ROUTINE!

CHAKRA is the Sanskrit word for "wheel' and refers to energy centers in our bodies. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay open and aligned, as they correspond to nerves, organs and areas of our energetic body that affect our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
When our chakras are blocked, energy is unable to flow through our bodies, resulting in physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual ailments. Reiki helps to clear these blockages and restore balance. And when our bodies are in balance, they are able to innately return to a healthy state of being.
When in balance, you will feel spiritually connected; wise; open-minded; joyful; aware; and able to question, process and analyze information.
When in balance, you will experience heightened intuition, more creative imagination, clear thinking, more trust in your inner voice/knowingness, and greater insightfulness.
When in balance, you will be able to more clearly communicate with others, speak your truth with authenticity, listen better, more creatively express yourself
When in balance, you will feel more caring, loving to yourself and others, compassionate, empathetic, accepting, peaceful, centered, and able to surrender and let go.
When in balance, you will have a positive sense of self, more self-confidence, good self-discipline, more energy and activity, and greater respect for self and others.
When in balance, you will feel playful, graceful, creative, passionate, friendly, able to set healthy boundaries, excitement, inspiration, motivation, able to enjoy pleasure, and sexual satisfaction.
When in balance, you will feel grounded, trusting, supported, safe, secure, stable, physically healthy, prosperous, and able to be still and present in the moment and face whatever comes your way.
